Revaify

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Revaify platform, including our website at revaify.com and our application at app.revaify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Revaify.


Revaify is operated by Affinity Collabs, LLC. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Affinity Collabs, LLC.


2. Eligibility

To use Revaify you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal authority to bind yourself or your business to these terms

  • Have a valid Google Business Profile account

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law


3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

  • Not create multiple accounts for the same business without authorization

  • Revaify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


4. Use of the Platform

Revaify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your legitimate business purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Revaify for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Publish false, misleading, or defamatory review responses

  • Attempt to manipulate or deceive Google or its users through the platform

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Revaify platform

  • Use the platform in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

  • Use Revaify to send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Resell or sublicense access to the Revaify platform without written authorization


5. AI-Generated Content

Revaify uses artificial intelligence to generate review response drafts on your behalf. By using the platform you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All AI-generated responses are drafts and are your responsibility to review before publishing

  • You are solely responsible for any content published to your Google Business Profile through Revaify

  • Revaify does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content for your specific industry or use case

  • You should review all responses carefully before approving them, particularly in regulated industries


6. Compliance with Industry Regulations

Revaify is designed to support compliance-first workflows. However it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards that govern your business — including but not limited to insurance industry regulations, financial services regulations, and any other regulated industry requirements.

Revaify is not responsible for any regulatory violations resulting from your use of the platform.


7. Google Business Profile

Your use of Revaify requires connecting your Google Business Profile account. By connecting your account you authorize Revaify to:

  • Access your Google Business Profile data including reviews

  • Generate and submit review responses on your behalf

  • Monitor your profile for new review activity

Your use of Google's services through Revaify is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Revaify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.


8. Subscription and Billing

Revaify offers subscription-based pricing plans billed on a monthly basis.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Revaify does not offer refunds for partial months of service

  • Revaify reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice


9. Free Trial

Revaify offers a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the trial period you may choose a paid plan to continue using the platform. If you do not select a paid plan your account will be paused and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Revaify platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Affinity Collabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create or publish through the platform. By using Revaify you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.


11. Confidentiality

Revaify will treat your business information and account data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revaify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • AI-generated responses will be suitable for your specific business or industry

  • The platform will meet all of your specific business requirements


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Affinity Collabs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Revaify platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Revaify shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity Collabs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Use.


15. Termination

Revaify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination your right to access the platform will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.


16. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.


17. Changes to These Terms

Revaify reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email of any material changes. Your continued use of Revaify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
